Forklift Truss Jibs

Trusses can be lifted, moved, and placed using truss jibs. Together with a triangular or pyramidal-shaped frame, the additional component is intended to function as an extended jib additional part. Truss jibs are typically attached to machinery using a quick-coupler accessory, such as a forklift, a skid steer loader, or a compact telehandler. Older crane types had deep triangular truss jibs that are built from common open structural shapes and secured with rivets or bolts. There may or may not be any welds on jibs of this design. Every bolted or riveted joint needs regular maintenance since it is prone to rust. A series of lacing components are arranged back to back to create truss jibs.
