RR-Industrietechnik RSK- S Forklift Chip Tipping Skip

The RR-Industrietechnik RSK-S Forklift Chip Tipping Skip has a sieve block insert and a drain cock for separating liquids from solids. The sieve can be easily removed for cleaning. The emptying process is straightforward. When the cable pull is released, for example from a forklift truck, the skip automatically swings forward, empties, swings back and locks again. The tipping process runs via roll-off skids, which enables tipping that is gentle on forklifts. The forklift tipping skips are available with volumes from 300 to 1000 litres and are welded to be oil- and watertight. An additional chain safety device prevents slipping off the forks, which must have a minimum length of 800 mm. Due to a 3 mm steel plate with all-round edge reinforcement and a base frame construction made of U-profile with cross reinforcements, the self-tipper is very durable and robust. Due to integrated rollers in the chassis, the tipper achieves an extremely low overall height even with a wheel set.
