Yale UNOplus Utility Ratchet Lever Hoist

The Yale UNOplus Utility is a versatile Ratchet Lever Hoist designed for pulling, lifting, and lashing of loads. The NEW and improved Yale UNOplus-Series A is the upgraded version of the best selling UNOplus. Its features include a compact design, robust stamped steel construction, and a favourable price / efficiency ratio. The new unit is even lighter in weight and comes complete with a free chaining device as standard that serves to quickly attach the load or to pull the chain through the hoist in both directions. The UNOplus-Series A is available as a ‘Standard’ lever hoist, an ATEX unit, or a UTILITY version specifically for overhead line construction. Special applications such as overhead line construction require specialist lifting equipment. In accordance with EN 1808 - Safety requirements for suspended access equipment, 8.9.2, the new UNOplus-Series A UT is supplied fitted with an automatically acting safety device, which offers even more security when used in overhead line construction or similar areas. The automatic locking safety device prevents a sudden drop (patent pending). It guarantees permanent monitoring and is active during operation as well as during inactive moments without the user having to activate it. In case of emergency, i.e. after failure of the load pressure brake and consequently exceeding the specified speed, the safety gear will automatically activate. It safely absorbs the load, preventing the creation of larger dynamic forces which could cause further damage.
