2500mm Forklift Extensions

Forklift Extensions make it possible to handle awkward loads safely that otherwise would be impossible to handle. Securely connected to the forklift via the lock pins, they are manufactured and certified to EU standards. They are available in 100kg and 250kg capacity per fork and in 2.5 meter or 3 meter lengths, but they can be manufactured to your requirements of length, height, lifting capacity etc. When truck forks are not long enough to lift the load, a fork extension can be used.  It’s simple and practical design makes it very safe, easy to use and robust. The drive in entry on these forklift extensions ensures that they will stay safely attached without any manual lifting required and offers another tool for your warehouse or factory floor arsenal. N.B. Fork extension length should not exceed existing fork length by more that 66%. All of our fork extensions meet EU regulations.

You will need to confirm the measurements at the heel of the Blades on your forklift / Teleporter (width & depth at heel) before we can manufacture.

6 x 3 x 6mm channel used as standard. Max. Measurement of Blade to suit - max 120mm wide x 50mm depth at the heel of fork. Larger blades will incur extra charge.
